I started to have problems with my emailing system and mySQL data didnt work correctly...LivePerson support is driven by crowd on incompetent people who send you to misterios level 2 deporment and that is an end of story. If you dont get that they dont want to deal with you they just nicely asking "if there anything else you need to ask?"... If you dont ask something else but same question about your problem , their answer would be like "call back in 24 hours..." and that well be continue for days! Or, the best you can get is that they will give you email and phone number to contact support service... but that is what you can find yourself on their web page ...
